1 General Terms

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

Each person may hold only one account on jita 9. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, and email address — must be accurate and kept up to date.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jita 9 may at any time request a government-issued identity document (NID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address to verify a user's identity. This verification may be mandatory during the withdrawal process. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, transactions on the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details (username and password) confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify jita 9 support immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jita 9 is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). All deposits are credited to the account only after full verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal method and details must match the information used at the time of deposit. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into jita 9 must come from a lawful source. If any unlawful funds or suspicious transactions are identified, jita 9 reserves the right to cancel all transactions on the relevant account and close it.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. A wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times, i.e. ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The next bonus cannot be activated until the wagering requirement of the current bonus has been fulfilled.
• Winnings from bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• A bonus may only be used in the game or betting category for which it is stated to apply.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and the bonuses cancelled.
• If a promotional offer has its own specific terms, those terms take precedence over the general terms.

5.3 Other Promotions

For all promotions — including weekly reload bonuses, seasonal cricket rewards, birthday gifts, and referral rewards — the terms stated on the specific offer page apply. jita 9 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. jita 9 reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or abnormal market conditions. The original stake will be returned for any cancelled bet.

6.2 Restrictions

If a user's activity appears unusual or is suspected to be fraudulent, jita 9 may impose betting limits on that account. Any person connected to a team in a sporting event may not place bets on that event.

6.3 Game Results

Results in live casino and slot games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a win or loss is determined due to a fault in the game software, that round will be considered void.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by jita 9

jita 9 may suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms or evidence of fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempted manipulation.
• Registration using false information.
• Suspected money laundering.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the jita 9 support team. Please complete all withdrawals before closing your account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.
